Tower Collateral performs pre-funding inventory on-site field examinations on behalf of the Lenders.  We deliver to our Lenders a complete or partial physical inventory count, as well as, a complete understanding of the operations, staff, and business flow of the subject business.  If an error or discrepancy is detected, our investigation will report these errors. Based on the weekly reporting structure between Tower and the Company, Tower is in the position of being able to quickly ascertain issues that enable the Lender to gain control of its collateral and determine the best method of disposition of the inventory collateral.
