Oh my gosh WORST auto body shop ever. I will never return here. I brought my vehicle here to get repaid and before a they received a pre approval from my insurance they decided to break the car down. Choose NOT to inform me and now there's bill for about 2,000. I asked Ben why didn't he inform me and he just brushed it off. I was told to call my insurance and ask them if they can cover the $2,000 which they didn't. I didn't have cash on hand and Ben was already talking about holding fees. I didn't have the $2,000 and now your adding holding fees because you guys failed to inform me ? Please save your time and money

  We purchased a new Cadillac XT4 and one week later someone backed into our car while we were at a restaurant and didn't bother to leave a note or try to find us.  A friend recommended Collision Care Xpress.  We are 'off the chart' impressed by this amazing company.  When I arrived for the estimate, I met Brandon who was friendly, responsive, and supportive.  He took the time to take the pictures to file for the estimate and explained how the whole process works at Collision Care Xpress.  Within 4 hours I had my estimate and Brandon checked in with me to set up the appointment.  The day I dropped off the car I went to the wrong building.  I met a gentleman who said, "Just follow me!"  And he walked in front of me as I drove to the correct building.  He was super friendly.  I later found out this guy is the owner, Robert.  In the customer service department, I was assisted by JuJu.  She is a great ambassador for the company.  She, once again, explained the process and said they'd be keeping me updated.  Brandon checked in with me several times.  When the car was ready for pick up, I met with JuJu to make the payment.  She, again, was upbeat, friendly, and helpful.  I recommend Collision Care Xpress without reservation.  And the car looks awesome - just like a new one!  Oh, wait!  It is a new one.
